What's wrong with a company that doesn't offer a way to contact you? Their ONLY contact form is the email address on their website, which they DO NOT respond to. How should they communicate with their customers? Also, it's almost impossible to order a basic replacement blunt weapon charging cable. It is extremely important to have a power source, otherwise your product will be useless. If the charging cable is damaged or has stopped working, the only option is to REPLACE THE ENTIRE IMPACT GUN! REALLY? Every Revain review that suggests someone needs a replacement power cord also says nothing else works. There is no substitute. Even tried regular adapter cables which 'should' work, same AMP/V but they do NOT load the gun. It's crazy that you can't get the right replacement part as easily as a power cord OR a simple answer with a solution from this company. Please note that I love my VYBE Premium Muscle Massage Gun. If I didn't like it, the current wouldn't drain or would have to be recharged. But I can no longer charge it due to a broken power cord. It would be nice to have a reply to my communication with this company.
