VERY DISSATISFIED! :{ I WANT A RETURN

The thing is no longer functional. It hasn't been a good month. It just flashes red and blue when I turn it on. I tried letting the battery drain naturally and then charging it back up, thinking that would kind of reset it. Still does not work. I would like a refund or another Bluetooth if that is possible. as quickly as possible
