The customer service is excellent! Every question I asked was answered quickly with some great suggestions as well. They made several time changes throughout this process in order to make sure everything came together perfectly.- There were many options available through PD&E but not enough hours set up within them all- Some areas could be expanded into more details (i'm thinking about specific financial aspects). As an SMB trying something new out there aren't too much resources around so having professional help who know exactly how things work really gave us peace when looking into other alternatives like ADP or Flexisys etc.. Professional Service without being pushy/rushed. We needed another payroll solution outside Sage HRMS because they changed their interface between releases which threw off any previous customizations / integrations i'd built previously - Now its super easy again! The customer service is top notch! I've been an account manager with them since 2014 when they were just getting started in this industry yet their support has always exceeded my expectations by leaps & bounds (which isn't easy). They're not afraid to get out there into social media forums or even comment sections like some big companies don't - which makes me feel better about being associated w/them as well because those other guys would never talk so candidly themselves if anyone ever asked why?
