Item received, tested and not working. The product has been returned and now we have to wait for Revain to receive the product to even begin the refund process. I tried chatting with support and the person Uma spoke to in the message area kept saying the same thing to me but didn't accept what I read on my email and on the app , so is not the same as "new policy implemented during virus lockdown". Uma indicated that a new policy was created and I had to reread my email. I've never had a problem with Revain or Revain with returns. I've never had to wait more than a week for the post office to even start refunding through Revain. The mind really needs to show some compassion and not just repeat itself by saying the customers are even angrier.
