The company claims that they employ all-new anti-yellowing materials and proprietary craftsmanship that makes the Humixx iPhone 13 pro max clear case have 20 times more clarity than other cases as well as passing professional anti-yellowing level F1 certification, which antioxidant clear- transparent factor prevents the phone case from turning yellow due to long-term use. This is impressive sounding jargon that is completely untrue. My phone significantly yellowed within a month. Additionally, it does not resist fingerprints. The case appears dirty and must be replaced. Humixx says there is a one month refund warranty and lifetime replacement warranty when you buy from revain and register the warranty on their site. I contacted them about my issue several times with no response. I expected better customer service. I’m giving two stars because I dropped the phone from a moderate height and neither the case nor the phone broke.Update - When Humixx’s customer service department read my review and learned of my dissatisfaction, they contacted me to offer to remedy the situation. They offered me a replacement case for a different series or a full refund. I wasn’t able to try a new case as I had already replaced the yellowed case with a different brand. I am amending my review and adding a star to reflect the attention they showed. Humixx is determined that the customer is completely satisfied. I still do not recommend the clear case as even customer service admitted when they contacted me that it is inevitable that the case will yellow, it is just a matter of how quickly. I don’t think they should advertise the opposite in their website description. However, I would try a different case. If any problem arises, Humixx will resolve the situation to the customer’s satisfaction.
