Honestly I've been looking for this for so many years. I first spotted this at my local Target store and bought a couple of these in 2010. One day I went back to the Target store and the others in my Washington DC area. Unfortunately they are no longer sold. Now I'm hoping for Amazon and I've found what I'm looking for. These are the smallest toothbrushes you can find these days. First of all, I have a small mouth. Judging by the looks or the name on the box. You won't get what you really want until you try it first. "NEVER RATE THE COVER" You better try it before you complain here. I know we all have our own opinions. My experience with these toothbrushes is amazing. I hope this seller will continue to sell them. Because I bought 20 in case they run out. It takes a few days for the brush to soften. You have to break it before you feel soft. Remember that just like shoes, they are stiff when you first put them on and become flexible later. I hope this review helps others. I only recommend it to those who are patient. be soft, it needs to be used a few times. as good to go
