I almost returned this suit because it looked intimidating but I am SO glad I didn't. It turned out to be super flattering, the sexiest suit I've ever worn but hid my trouble spots as well and made my small chest look amazing. It does run VERY small, and the butt part doesn't cover a lot but is comprable to other suits. I am 5'6, 135lbs, 34B and I got a large but could have gotten an XL. If you have big boobs they might hang out the side/bottom so go up a size or 2, my smaller ones had to be adjusted occasionally. It's not for sports but that seems obvious, right? I spent a day at the beach and walked quite a bit and was fine. I LOVE this suit!
