OK I've been using it for a few weeks now and have some thoughts. Love it, it's soft and great for those days when I don't wear makeup and just want a very gentle cleanse. Or it can be used in the morning before applying makeup. However, he's bad at removing makeup, which ironically he brags about! I have found that when I use this and then my toner my cotton pad gets covered in makeup! I tried applying it to the face without water as suggested, it makes no difference. I will be buying this again because as I said I love how gentle it is and it's great for washing my face when I'm not wearing makeup. 3 stars only because it's marketed as a "liquid makeup remover" but doesn't actually remove makeup.
