Super soft! best in tape measure
I was looking for a cloth-like tape measure that I could hang around my neck like an old-fashioned tailor (something that wouldn't slip off my shoulders within minutes. ) This is a product I was beginning to think no one else was selling! So soft and flexible without feeling smooth and plastic. I rarely need more length, but that's a plus.
