I am absolutely delighted with this purchase. I can't believe I didn't know these spikes existed before, but I will never buy traditional spikes again! I keep losing the back of my earrings, getting poked in the back of my neck, and the tight back of my earlobe is bothering my ear. Not anymore with these. I really like the variety of sizes. For reference, the size in my earlobe is the second largest in the pack, and the earring in the cartilage is the smallest size. My ears are stretched 20mm (3/4 inch), about the size of a dime if that helps visualize the size of the earrings. The earrings are incredibly shiny, although not visible in this photo. I was impressed! The screw on the back can be tricky for some people, but I'm used to it from other piercers. Using pliers can help if you're having trouble putting them on, but dry hands can go a long way, too. Best of all, surgical steel is ideal for sensitive ears.
