I'm 6ft 1in, 240lbs pear shaped and usually order size XL-Tall. The sizing chart is accurate and the 2XL fits me just right, a little roomy and the sleeves are perfect for my 35 inch sleeve length. Although the hood is very deep. Without a peaked hat or maybe a bike helmet, I can't keep it from getting in my eyes. A hat or helmet can be worn over or under a hood.
