I don't know why this is a "baby " toothbrush other than the brand and the battery doesn't last long

This toothbrush is fine. I'm just not sure what makes this a children's toothbrush other than the brand. It seems to work just like an adult brush and is even the same size as many adult brushes. Even after having owned this device for a short time, it doesn't seem to stay charged for more than a few days.
