I am 5'1", 25 weeks pregnant, 126 pounds and this pillow fits very well. The internal shape sits on my shoulder and between my knees/legs in a way that is very comfortable and supportive, so the 52 inch pillows are great for people my size. Taller people might want to get affordable 57-inch pillows. I bought this pillow because my pregnancy started with a Boppy sleeping pillow, but that hasn't stopped me from regularly rolling on my back in the middle of the night. This C-shaped pillow works much better because it slips under my head and basically acts like a big spoon. I've been sleeping with it on for a week now and only woke up briefly once on my back, but it happened. Almost every other night without a C-pillow. My only criticisms are that 1. it needs more padding - not firm enough in the head or knee area and 2. is definitely overpriced - there are a few threads and seams sticking out, and the zipper and fabric feel cheap fabric is very soft but quite thin overall I kept it because it keeps me on my side well - I'll probably add some padding as it shrinks.
