First, this printer will only print if all four cartridges are installed and none of them are empty. Unfortunately, when you buy a multipack of cartridges, they rarely fail right away. I ordered this pack when my yellow cartridge ran out. The magenta and cyan cartridges were still fine, so I waited before replacing them. The cyan ran out yesterday and I replaced it. No problem. Later that day the magenta faded. The printer still says it's empty. So I either have an empty magenta cartridge or the printer doesn't recognize it. Anyway, now I need to find a replacement magenta cartridge as the return window closed on May 31st. Yes, just three days before. I can't give a better rating because my five are four full cartridges. And now I have to wait until Sunday to get a new one at twice the price or more.
