A year ago I read an article by a cosmetic chemist about packaging. He reported that skin care products lose their potency when exposed to air and recommended airless packaging instead of standard screw caps. From that moment on, I filled my skincare creams into airless jars and loved them. I'll admit filling it out is messy, but the benefits far outweigh the inconveniences. A light squeeze on the top releases a small amount of cream while keeping the rest sealed from air and germs. They're easy to clean and small enough to fit in a desk drawer or on the go. Vacuum jar lids wear out after about a year, but I think it's worth the cost of replacing to keep expensive skincare products highly effective. Note: The contents will spill out if the jar is overfilled. Highly recommended
