Arrived well packaged, no damage. Very easy to set up, connects automatically. The sound is much better than the Vizio it replaces. Very clear sound with good bass. Messages and other voice messages are much clearer and easier to understand at all audio levels. The remote control is nicely designed and works well. I hope it lasts and continues to sound as good as it does now. This is a great 2.1 option for good sound. My only issue, not the product's fault, is that the subwoofer box is a bit higher than the space I need. So I put it on my back. The sound is the same, hope it doesn't cause any problems.
