Formula change?: Make-up remover
I used a sample of these makeup removers/cleansers when @ stayed at @ The Marriot and loved it.! Enough vitamin E to keep my face rich and hydrated. I ordered the same product but it's not as moisturizing as the sample I used. They leave my skin dry like the formula has been changed. I didn't have to use moisturizer after using the sample cleansing and makeup removing wipes, but I do with these. did you change something
