I bought it in 2018 and still use it and love it.

Just started to lose suction but everything is fine with this pillow. It hasn't faded, never had mold and is still as supportive as when it was first purchased. The hook is also priceless. This makes it very easy to dry completely between uses. I don't attribute the loss of suction to a flaw in the upholstery design either. I suspect the environment in my 1909 apartment (no fan in the bathroom) has much more to do with the suction problem. I'm writing this review now because I'm about to buy this pillow again - I miss the strong absorbency. I would recommend this pillow to my best friend.
