This simple, efficient and affordable device is LONG OLD! Therefore, this docking station is a natural need. All major companies have either neglected this requirement or, worse, charged an unnecessary arm and leg for it! In practical terms, this device is great for connecting a keyboard, mouse, and large monitor—and doesn't "take away" either of the MacBook's two (yes, only two) Thunderbolt ports. FABULOUS! I recommend trying all Yogi Basic products. I'm not happy with the lack of customer service contact information, but as I bought through Revain (with a 30% discount) I still have options for returns etc.
