Review on WeBoost Connect 470105 Signal Booster by James Pope

This works great and now allows me to use the Sprint hotspot on my phone to work from home. We live in a very rural area with only satellite internet and very limited cell phone coverage. I went from 136dB to 72dB from and within the home by pointing the receiver at the nearest Sprint 3G CDMA tower, averaging 92dB. Otherwise we're using a HughesNet 4th Gen satellite, but we're burning 50GB of data in days and then reducing the speed to 1MB/s for the rest of the month. Latency and firewalls at work prevent me from working remotely when we fully migrated to Windows 10 at work. Now Sprint Hot Spot and WeeBoost save the day. There was no suction cup in the package. I would like to get a new one but not sure if I will use it. Currently the receiver is mounted on a pole next to the house where it will be in the shade for most of the day. It turned out that the suction cup on the window does not work in the morning and afternoon sun. Maybe too hot? - The white color on the device above the words WeeBoost is colored unevenly and is falling off. - I would like a longer cable between the device and the transmitter, but maybe that would change the performance? - The cord through the window is awesome. .
