Review on 📦 Pratt Recycled Corrugated Cardboard Packaging & Shipping Supplies: Standard Solutions for Corrugated Boxes by Will Ridpath

I've been using these boxes for many years but the last batch was very oddly cut - doesn't look like the box in the picture anymore. Instead of the doors being half the width of the crate, i.e. folded to meet in the middle (like every other crate in the world, including this one so far), they now have full crate sized doors. So you have twice as much cardboard and you have to tape one side over the corner. This makes the box look very odd and also means you can't use a tape gun. I'm not sure why they did it - maybe they found a cheaper pattern that would allow them to use the same pattern for different box sizes or something. Whatever it is, I'll be looking around for a new batch.
