Quality is ok. This jacket is light and thin which is what I was looking for due to the humidity I have to live with here. I wanted a jacket long enough to cover my work clothes (pencil skirts and long midi dresses) and this jacket does just that. I like ties that can be tied around the waist to keep them neat and flatter the curves emphasize. Without them I would look like I was wearing a jacket one size bigger. Good is big enough. I was skeptical about ordering at first due to the cotton material of the wrist, but I can deal with that. In fact, I like it more than when it's open. I recommend it if you're looking for something that does the job (keeps you dry and cool instead of warm and you want to save a ton on a jacket).
