My granddaughter has sensory issues and autism and she loves her regular U-shaped toothbrush and she loves giraffes. When I saw this I had to catch her for her but unfortunately had to send her back the toothbrush because she didn't like the sound and movement but that's just her. The toothbrush arrived exactly as described. It was easy to use and charging was easy. Turning it on is quite difficult, but once you feel the button and understand where it is, everything will be easy. I can't say how long the charge lasted because she only put it on once a month and didn't like it. I think it was good value for money but not for our granddaughter.
