Review on Secura Electric Coffee and Spice Grinder with 2 Stainless Steel Removable Bowls by Courtney Huggins

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Just bought another one as a gift after years of use

We've had ours for several years now and use it every day, sometimes more than once. Extremely reliable, perfect for use with our french press or drip press. I think it works best with coarser grinds, while other grinders almost immediately produce a fine dust suitable only for espresso. However, it can achieve this consistency with a sufficient number of pulses. I use it for seasoning and even almost burned out an engine once desperately using it as a food processor to make small batches of falafel (it worked, but it works). I do not recommend anyone to ever try this!). But after a bit of a cool down, it's still working great two years after the falafecalypse. This is a good solid product that was just given as a Christmas present from a family member. Just remember that this is not a blender, or even a blender. It's meant to be used in short bursts (30 seconds maximum) rather than long, uninterrupted sessions, and make sure you sip a cup of it before it "locks in". I think that's why some people had problems. Use it as intended and this thing becomes a coffee grinder champion.
