Disappointment and disappointment

I have used these straps twice on a trailer. Ratches don't run as smoothly as everyone else. While I have no problem tightening them, I had trouble loosening them every time I used them. The ratchet won't disengage and I have to use two hands and even try to squeeze it harder before I can disengage it. belt work. I will send these back.
