Great Job Platform For Recruitment Consultants
I like how the platform has an application form that allows you to upload your CV as well as apply online or via email. The ability to track applications from candidates who have submitted them through other channels (e.g., LinkedIn) would be great! It's very difficult to find out about new opportunities without visiting their website each week - it could really help if there was more regular communication with applicants/candidates. We're trying to reduce our time spent searching for suitable people so this helps us do just that.
