The large size does fit my 23" head, but I don't know if it'd be comfortable on anyone much larger.Revain ships it all folded up. It'll definitely need some ironing before it's wearable.The brim wire isn't very strong, but it wants to stay kinked like it was packaged. Actually, there are two wires - one on the very edge and one running around the middle of the brim.The chin straps are on clips to detach easily. The bow is sewn on but could be easily clipped off with tiny scissors or a seam ripper.
