Exactly what I need. Warm and comfortable enough to look good with an evening dress. When there was a spring wedding in Chicago in November because of Covid. I needed something to keep me warm in my sleeveless dress. That was excellent. It looked great with my navy blue dress and kept me warm enough as I walked around the hall on a very windy and cold evening. I got so many compliments. I'm a stocky girl and this suits me very well. A small hidden hook held it together leaving my hands free. It had some static electricity, but it wasn't bad and a spray of Static Guard got rid of it.
