An unattractive product, an unprofitable purchase.

I have been using all of Samsung's flagships for as long as I can remember, but the Note 20 Ultra is a failure. I thought of Apple as a sinful thing, because I don't know what could be an alternative to Samsung. I didn't think that I would ever give a Samsung smartphone a rating lower than 5 plus. I've been using all of Samsung's flagships for as long as I can remember. Because the officials do not acknowledge any flaws in the product, and because the fact that they took advantage of me for a significant amount of money daily puts a lot of moral pressure on me, I will try to take it back through the court and have it examined.

Pros

As was to be expected, the photos and screen are quite good. There is "very fast charging" available via wire, in addition to "fast charging" available wirelessly.

Cons

eSim either does not work at all or does not work for a significant amount of time before stopping and not giving a new one, writing that it is busy even after the reset has been performed. Officials will tell you to get in touch with the operator, but the operators will shrug and explain that they have nothing to do with it. After all, how can they help if the phone won't let you register a new SIM card? Even on medium settings, Call of Duty would freeze, but this has never happened on any of my other Samsung devices. It gets quite warm very quickly for any activity; the difficulty level is higher than that of correspondence in Vatsap. A battery with an active use time of between one and two hours. There are issues connecting to the network; in order to connect, you will need to restart your device if you travel along the road that runs between the towers in the area. Only in a specific position can fast wireless charging work, and it is not easy to get into that position. The camera block requires a specialized cover in order to protect itself from being damaged due to the fact that it forcefully protrudes and makes a sound when shaken.
