I purchased one of these same "product return" pillows last year and was very pleased that the pillow arrived in "new" condition. A great value for a great pillow! I decided to order two more, again these were the from the "product return" category where you can purchased items that were returned to ebay and touted as being in great condition. The two arrived in separate boxes. One box had the pillow folded in half and double-bagged inside the box. Folding in half is not a problem as these are memory foam and, the pillow was in perfect condition. The other box was a different story - - - the pillow was flat in the box but the single plastic bag was open (unsealed) at one end and, the pillow literally had a footprint on it and was dirty in areas. Seemingly like the pillow had been accidentally dropped in the ebay warehouse, stepped on and left in an unsealed bag to be resold. Very frustrating! At the same time, having received two other pillows that arrived in great shape, I have to think this was unintentional on ebay's part and someone in the ebay warehouse didn't understand the intended resale condition of the pillow.
