This is normal. Not very flattering for my body type. I have a banana shape. I ordered Wednesday. I'm 5'8", about 135 lbs, two kids so a little loose in the middle, slim hips, long torso, small butt. I just don't think they fit well enough to wear. They're on free in strange places and tense in others.If your body is similar to mine, boys shorts may be ok not high waisted.
