I bought one of these from another seller. It was fine for a couple of weeks, then it started making noise. Over time, this continued to get worse. This one works great. I don't hear at all. I've been using it for about three weeks so far. I will update this review if I see any changes. Although at the moment. I definitely recommend this model. ***Updated 4/23/21*** I use this fan everyday with my 17" HP. Has been working great for over 2 years now. Recently it has been making noise on startup. for a while I could hit it and it stopped up for a few days.now it's finally getting louder and harder to stop.still recommend it but wish it lasted longer as it's mostly no load.
