I bought 2 of the 4 large and 2 small divider sets thinking they would work together to create smaller compartments in a large one to make a drawer. That's not how they work together. The spring force in the small divider pushes the large divider out of position, rendering it unusable. Suggest a locking mechanism built into a small partition. In general, any divider works well as long as it rests against the edge of the drawer and not against another divider. Personal preference but I also think the extra large logo/branding on each divider pops. This is a matter of personal taste, not proof of product performance.
