Faulty charging cable
I like the headphones, they fit well and offer good sound quality, but it's good that I had an extra charging cable because the one that came with my device didn't work except the faulty charging cable I like she really. Now they came 88% charged, does that mean they were a return from someone else and I got a used product? only the company knows.
