The material is pleasant to the touch! Nice and smooth. I like the pure black color with gold accents. The photos I took don't show how black it really is, so you can trust the product images. It arrived a little flattened so it appears wider in the photos. If you stuffed it up, it would be a bit slimmer. It is definitely a small backpack bag. I didn't feel anything strange in it! The smell is new! I'll keep you posted if anything breaks.
