The best accident I have bought

I bought this book because I wanted to try a Diary again. I never seem to make it work for long. I love this book. I just recently started a weight loss program and was already "cheating" on it. I read very quickly, but for some reason I am taking the forward to this diary very slowly. I finally realised that I was truly absorbing it and that I am looking forward to my 6 minutes a day. 3 minutes in the morning and 3 minutes at night. So glad I was looking for fast and easy and instead got exactly what I needed.
