Not thrilled.: In-ear headphones

I had high expectations for the design and although it is adjustable, after a few hours of wearing the stiffness of the hook starts to hurt my ears , what for me first is no reason to buy this model. The audio started coming and going by week 3 but I kept it as a backup. For the price and in a pinch it will do, but I will not buy it back, which I usually do for my family if I like a product. Eliminate the lack of sound and replace the hook with rubber material, then we have a winner.
