Well the first and only time I wore a brace I wore it all day and it really didn't help my knee so I stopped wearing it after that. I went back to my old corset, have been wearing it for a few days and decided to take it off for a few days. I will try DocSleeves braces again but I don't wear braces yet. Delivery was quick which was much appreciated. I hope your brace gives me some relief, it's well made and feels good but maybe I left it on for too long, I'm not sure but I'm giving my knee a rest for now.
