I bought them for my daughters to wear to school and I am very satisfied. Good quality patent leather, dense but at the same time soft. They have padding on the soles, are comfortable to wear and walk around school in them for hours. The only thing I think is that the size is wrong. My DM daughters are 9 years old and almost all fit her age and are a size 3 which is a size 8 which is even larger for her. So decrease the size by at least 1 number. But overall, having searched many websites for mary jane shoes for school, I think they top the list. Highly recommended.
