This unit does a great job but I often have to open it and remove the batteries to turn it off. Hasn't been working well since the day I opened the package. I don't usually bother to return small items. I will never buy from the manufacturer again. However, it's so durable and well built - compared to others I've bought - that I've decided to keep it for myself. (Of course no switch). Mine is maybe one of the rare ones that has a little problem so I can't say it's a bad product. So far it's been phenomenal (three months) and strong compared to all the others I've tried over the years. It's sad that quality control wasn't smarter for this company. An excellent product that should have 5 stars if it arrived in perfect condition (as it should as I am spending money on a purchase). profit instead of quality. Tired of wasting weeks waiting and playing the postal label game with faulty products.
