Luckily I bought this for a child and not for me. I could tell from the photos that the cushions are thinner than office chairs, but they are really thin. Looks cute, but in a few minutes you'll need a pillow to sit on. I'm 6'230 and wanted to try the backrest but honestly I didn't think it would hold me up. So I wouldn't sit back, but if you have good health insurance, go for it. Kids love it, but adults should look for one that costs more and has more pillows.
