I use the Schick Quattro - have used it for years - but on recent replacement blade purchases I noticed that the quality of the blades was very poor (they felt dull and actually hurt shave). For those who haven't gotten bored yet, a shave or two will solve the problem. I went looking for a different shaving system and tried the Venus Embrace based on the reviews. The best shave. Serious. Tight, smooth, no razor burn and no need to keep shaving the same spot. I use razor shaving cream (tried Gillette Satin Care - it's ok, now I use cremo). I also used regular Dove soap. The blades are a bit pricey BUT you can probably get 10 shaves from one cartridge. I usually change once a week and shave every day. When I switch, the blades don't dull very much. This is the goalkeeper. I wish I had tried that sooner.
