Review on A320 Fingered General Purpose Gloves by Daniel Shivashankar

Revainrating 2 out of 5

For what it's worth.

This item appears to be "currently unavailable" and has no estimated stock date. Hopefully they return to the drawing board with these gloves, but I'll be writing this review in case this design returns to Revain. The concept (if I understood the concept of these gloves when I bought them) is good: a good waterproof (or at least "waterproof") glove with moderate insulation for cold weather use and a durable, textured, rubberized palm and fingers grip. The problem here is that this glove is not waterproof or waterproof. I bought these gloves to put on chains or change tires in winter. Provided the temperature is above zero, these gloves should be of some use. But when used in mud or clear water, they soak it up like a wet sponge. In fact, I'm not even sure if the rubberized part of the gloves (like the fingertips) is waterproof or waterproof. They are porous to the touch and testing under a tap resulted in the gloves getting wet within seconds. The search for a pair of waterproof gloves for cold weather continues.
