Review on Enhance Gaming Comfort with VERTAGEAR S-Line Slim SL2000 BIFMA Cert Gaming Chair - Black/Red by Agata Olszewska ᠌

The product is definitely not worth the nerves spent, its better not to take it.

This was my first gaming chair. At first everything was ok, and then I realized that the manufacturers are some kind of bunch of amateurs who don’t give a damn about their customers from the word at all, and their words about the vaunted guarantee are worth nothing. Three years later, the metal frame of the chair seat burst. No problem, I read about the amazing 10 year warranty on the frame and gladly created a topic with the replacement of the lower seat. Before that, on 09/13/2022 (!) I wrote to them on Twitter, where they confirmed that this was a warranty case. On 10/09/2022, they finally registered my appeal and wrote that they are now waiting for the delivery of parts for my chair and the wait can be up to 4-6 weeks. On 11/24/2022, after 4 unanswered messages, they still replied that they are waiting for the delivery of components. This was the last message from them. Now 02/24/2022(!) I have been waiting for warranty service for 5 months That's just terrible! And I read a topic on reddit. Com, and they communicate with everyone like that! The problem is constant, but there is no help from the manufacturer within the country (what is there about the 2022 community) In general, you buy a chair for a long lifespan, do not be stingy to pay more for a chair of better quality and a brand loyal to customers. Now I will bomb all their social networks, I will call them every day, I just won’t leave it

Pros
  • - high-quality upholstery material, for three years no cracks and not even rubbed -comfortable fit
Cons
  • - over time, all the wheels peel off -terribly crooked frame, connecting the bolts of the seat with the saddle to the end did not spin, rusty metal is visible inside -under the weight of the sweaty roller, the metal frame of the seat broke - the armrest bolts are constantly unscrewed - chair creaks due to crooked bolts
