Such a fun and quick way to make sushi. In other cases we wrapped the top and bottom in plastic wrap and then got creative. Place an assortment of vegetables, meats and sauces on the counter and everyone will have a blast making their own. We love seaweed so we made a pressed roll and then flipped (not sliced) and wrapped it in seaweed. It was so easy. Everyone is already talking about what they want to do next. I will definitely get used to this and save money because sushi is an expensive treat!
