Review on PayNorthwest by Joe Griggs

I like how easy it is to use because you dont have to learn any new software or anything. It's very quick for me to set up my payroll. The program doesnt always work as well as we'd like so there are times where i'm doing payroll just fine but then all of sudden something goes wrong at which point they will tell us to call them and wait hours for someone with no idea what to do in order to fix it. They really need to make this easier to understand for anyone who doesn't know their way around computers. Having an easy time paying taxes and getting our paychecks out the door every month without having to worry about if its going through paychex or direct deposit every single week has been great!
