Bought this as a gift for my husband because we love backflow incense sticks and it was a great deal on everything that came with it. The packaging was great, everything was packed safely and securely. I was a little disappointed when I opened it and it wasn't a heavy feeling at all. Felt cheap but we gave it a try anyway. None of the incense sticks are labeled and they all have the same weird smell. After burning a few cones the whole burner got sticky so we took a damp rag to wipe it off and the COLOR JUST FLASHED OFF. While the incense is burning on the stand, the whole time there is a smell of fire and burned plastic. To be honest I'm afraid to continue using it at all. We haven't burned anything on it for 2 days and when I walk by it still smells of fire. Lesson learned, I should have gone for the more expensive glazed ceramic and higher quality incense sticks. Wouldn't recommend this to anyone.
