Comfortable and useful for exercise and fitness

This is the best thing I've done for my head since work started wearing masks all day! It really helps prevent strain on my ears, which headbands can't. It is also comfortable and soft to wear. I will be sad when it gets hot again and reducing ear strain is no longer an option.

Pros
