I have had my Fitbit Charge 2 for a little over a year now and have already changed the strap three times. Fitbit has a BAD strap design on this model. The last time the wristband broke I was adamant about switching to Garmin or something other than FitBit. However, after talking to a few other friends who were having the same issue with their band, they suggested looking at Revain for another band and I found THIS. I LOVE IT! Other reviews mentioned that they lost the "pebble" - the FitBit's actual electronics. I don't understand how that happens when you put it in the bracelet correctly and clip it to your wrist. Even if I take it off, the pebble won't come out unless I spin it and play with it. Maybe other people try to use it with Charge 3 or some other design not designed for this bracelet. Yes, you have to remove the pebble from the bracelet to charge it - BIG DEAL! It is easy to take off and put on again. Big shout! NO DEAL. This band protects the pebbles, it's comfortable to wear and I LOVE it! The stone will sit securely in the bracelet when properly installed and this is not difficult. Without this design I would switch devices. Fitbit, you have to thank this manufacturer for this design. I recommend it to all my friends. The ONLY downside is it doesn't come in a longer series so my husband can get one too. He uses an XL strap and there aren't many options for his large wrist.
