I like that it is easy to use for all employees in an organisation who need access when they are away from their desk or computer at home/work etc.

It also works well with other software (such as Microsoft Office 365) which makes life easier if using both together! Nothing really - just make sure everything has been set up correctly before allowing people into certain areas of information such as PII data / email accounts where required by law e.g GDPR regulations 2018-19). We have used this product since 2016 so not much issues but we did find one issue recently relating to how emails were being sent out after changes had taken place meaning some users would receive old messages rather than current ones until re logged back onto system again. This was resolved quickly however once identified made no difference during our implementation phase anyway though still worth noting due diligence process should be performed firstly prior any new solution implemented ensuring.
